My name is Chris Mohammed and I am the proud owner of the State Farm Agency located at 9615 Avenue L in the Canarsie area of Brooklyn, New York. I was excited to have the opportunity to open my door May of 2022 just a month before State Farm celebrated its 100 Year Anniversary. This opportunity allows me to help my community and become a resource for so many people looking for the right information. I have a deep passion to help people. Growing up that was always one of my greatest qualities my family and friends always liked as I would want to help anyone get the information they were looking for or to help them accomplish things.

I was born in Trinidad and moved to Canada with my family when I was around five years old. After a few years, we relocated to New York, where I’ve lived in various neighborhoods, including Harlem, Queens, and Brooklyn. I attended Andrés Hudde J.H.S. and Sheepshead Bay H.S. before pursuing a degree in Biology at St. John’s University, along with studies in Business and Marketing at Kingsborough Community College.

I came into this roll with over 11 years of experience, primarily gained as a former State Farm team member specializing in service, new business, and management. Currently, our team boasts a combined experience of over 20 years.

Our agency focuses on educating our community on the importance of having the right coverage and the many ways they can protect their families. We provide Free quotes and there are no service fees accessed to the work that we do. At our office we are able to also provide Free Insurance and Financial Service Reviews for anyone looking to obtain a better knowledge of what they are covered for.
